The Project

Volunteering should be simple. It should be the kind of thing that you don't need to pull your hair out over for planning difficulties. This project was born from an issue brought up by the now Chief Operating Officer of Connecticut and Western Massachusetts: the struggle for organizations to have an adequate and constant flow of volunteers. This app, by giving volunteers and organizations a platform to communicate logistics, promotes easier and more orderly volunteering. The project's goal is to plant and water the seeds for a sustainable volunteer force. With tools for event and announcement creation as well as a branch following system, this project seeks to use familiar technology to accelerate the workflow of volunteering. There is no longer a need to pull out one's hair over volunteering.
