The Coolest Projects online showcase an opportunity for any young person up to age 18, anywhere in the world to share the incredible things they've made with code. Entries open 14 January 2026 and will close on 27 May 2026. We can't wait to see what you create!

Coolest Projects Malaysia is a fun, free, in-person event open to young people based in Malaysia. It's hosted by our fantastic partners at the Penang Science Cluster. Entries for 2025 have now closed.

Coolest Projects South Africa is a fun, free event is open to all young creators based in South Africa, and is hosted by our partners CoderLevelUp.

Coolest Projects Canada is open to all young people based in Canada. This fun, free coding event is hosted by Digital Moment, our amazing partner organisation.

Celebrate Pi Day with Coolest Projects Belgium! Young coders based in Belgium can join this free, in-person event on Saturday 14 March 2026 at Technopolis Mechelen. The event is hosted by our brilliant partners CoderDojo Belgium. More information on how to enter coming soon.

Our amazing partners CoderDojo Japan are hosting a brand new Coolest Projects Japan event on Sunday 29 March 2026! The event is free and open to all young people aged up to 18 based in Japan. More details on how to enter coming soon.

Save the date! This free in-person event for young digital creators based anywhere in the USA will take place at the Science Museum of Minnesota on Saturday 11 April 2026. Entries will open on 14 January 2026.

This free, in-person event for young coders based in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland will take place at the Explorium in Dublin on Saturday 25 April 2026. Entries open 14 January.

Coolest Projects USA is coming to Georgia! Save the date for Saturday 2 May 2026. This brand new event is open to all young coders and makers based anywhere in the USA. Entries open 14 January 2026.

Young coders based in the UK can join this fun, free, in-person event taking place at The Life Centre in Bradford on Saturday 16 May 2026. Entries open 14 January 2026.

Coolest Projects Sudan is a fun, free, in-person event open to young people from Sudan, and those based in Egypt. The event will take part in Cairo, Egypt and is hosted by our wonderful partners, Orientations Training Centre. More information on how to enter coming soon!
