The Engarde Dryer

The Project

I started working on the En Garde Dryer because I wanted to make my life easier. As a competitive fencer, I compete in many tournaments throughout the year, and my fencing clothes get very wet with sweat each time. So, I wanted to dry them quickly so I could use them before my next match. There isn’t a fast, smart system designed for fencing athletes, so I hope this project can also help other fencers who have the same problem as I do. While creating this project, the most difficult part was probably designing the 3D models of my hardware, such as the shoe dryer and plasteron dryer, which took a lot of time in TinkerCAD.
