The Project
Smart Security System made with Arduino is a simple and effective project that detects the presence of unauthorized persons using sensors and visual/acoustic signals. The project uses an Arduino board to control a servo motor that rotates the ultrasonic sensor up to 180°, allowing it to scan a large area. As the sensor rotates, it measures the distance to objects or people. If it detects a presence within the set radius, the system activates an LED and a buzzer to signal the intrusion. Thus, the device works like a small security radar, capable of monitoring a room or corridor in an automatic and efficient way. The system operates autonomously and can be used as an alarm for homes, garages or small spaces, being an affordable and easy-to-implement solution for protection against intruders.
