Doer

The Project

The transition to middle school and public transport causes significant anxiety for parents and frustration for children who feel micromanaged by constant check-in texts. Doer solves this friction by providing a closed, family-only ecosystem that balances physical safety with a child's need for independence. Built natively in Flutter, Doer features a gamified task manager, an emoji-based mood tracker for non-verbal check-ins, and a scalable '1-to-Many' parent dashboard. Its standout feature is a '2-Hour Privacy Lock'—when a child shares their live location for a commute, the data automatically expires and deletes after two hours. By reducing daily arguments and building trust, Doer directly supports UN Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being.
