I chose to create this project because maintaining cleanliness in schools is crucial for the health and well-being of students and staff. Additionally, teaching proper waste disposal habits instills responsibility and respect for the environment in students, which can have long-term benefits for bot

Gaining buy-in from stakeholders and addressing concerns was challenging. I emphasized project benefits, collaborated with all parties, provided training, and piloted initiatives. By fostering ownership and involvement, I overcame hurdles and successfully implemented the project.

Given more time, I would conduct thorough research on best practices for waste management and behavior change interventions in school settings. I would also gather more comprehensive data on existing littering behavior and its underlying causes to inform targeted intervention strategies.
