The Project
Our project is a tour guide of India. It provides our viewers with a virtual voyage of the vast, versatile, and beautiful country, and how they can start planning their next India trip.
Team Comments
We chose to make this project because...More than just the stereotypes apply to India. India has a reputation for being a dirty, crowded country, but there's much more to it than what is commonly known. All of the members of our group are from India, so we made the decision to promote it positively and highlight its stunning features.
What we found difficult and how we worked it outGiven that India is one of the world's most diverse countries, we tried to include a wide range of topics on our website. This was hard at times as it was tricky to get enough details to code for every subject. Furthermore, working in a group was difficult because interaction was not always simple.
Next time, we would...We would most likely try to enhance certain features, especially within our code and visualization of the website. We would also like to make the project more educational, so it draws attention to the fact that, while India is beautiful, it still remains a third world country.
