APC

The Project

The APC is a phone charger that will be placed inside of a car during manufacturing. This invention will make it so that there is no need for annoying cables inside of your car for your phone. This device will also keep your phone safer than if it were just inside of a cup holder, which is where many people keep their phone.

Team Comments

We chose to make this project because of personal experiences within our group. We have all been in a situation where life would have been easier if the cars we owned just came with a designated spot for our phones. We made this to make driving more convenient for everyone.

Something we found difficult was designing our project because we used a 3D printer and almost all of us were inexperienced. We worked it out by using the skills of our class mates who did know how to 3D print and we asked for their guidance.

If we had more time we would be more tidy and organized as a team. I would also ask my team to procrastinate less.
