Making a shark like submarine that identifies plastic in the sea, and eats it , after which the plastic is melted in its stomache using furnance

To reduce the plastic pollutant in the sea body that is consumed by marine animals

To move the shark and also the fish like plastic goes to the furnance by just touching anywhere on shark body

I would like to add a vaccum that would first identify if its plastic or some water animal. I would also like to reduce the increase of phytoplankton that covers the water surface and prevents sunlight to reach to base of water , the shark could use it fins to work like a fan or collector
