Héalthio
The Project
Héalthio is an AI-powered health assistance app designed to help people quickly find nearby hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies while also providing guidance for basic injuries and common illnesses. The project was inspired by the struggles many local communities face when trying to access medical help or find the nearest health facility during urgent situations. Sometimes people lose valuable time because they do not know where to go or what to do first. The goal of Héalthio is to make health support more accessible by combining location services with AI-powered symptom guidance for minor conditions and first aid. One of the biggest challenges during development was organizing reliable health information and designing the system so the AI gives helpful suggestions without replacing professional medical advice. However, using AI tools made it much easier to build the system and structure the guidance clearly. Overall, the project aims to support communities by making health information and nearby medical services easier to access when people need them most.
