🌍♻️ **Binardo Binstein – The Einstein of Binning!** ♻️🌍 Presenting **Binardo Binstein**, an intelligent waste segregation robot designed and built by Grade 6 students from Shiv Nadar School, Gurugram – **Shlok Bharadwaj and Anhad Mahajan** (Team *Binventor*), under the mentorship of Nimesh Kumar. In a world where waste mismanagement is becoming a serious environmental challenge, Binardo Binstein offers a smart, interactive, and educational solution. This innovative robot automatically identifies and segregates waste into the correct categories, making recycling easier and promoting sustainable habits from a young age. 🚯 **The Problem** Improper waste disposal leads to overflowing landfills, pollution, and health hazards. With thousands of tonnes of waste generated daily, segregation at source is the need of the hour — but lack of awareness and inconvenience often prevent it. 🤖 **The Solution – Binardo Binstein** Binardo is not just a dustbin — it’s an eco-conscious companion! ✨ **Key Features:** • AI-Based Waste Identification using Raspberry Pi Camera • Real-time classification of Plastic, Paper, Food, and Other waste • Motorized Bin Positioning using Arduino + DC Motor • Servo-Controlled Flap for automatic waste dropping • Hybrid Architecture combining Raspberry Pi (processing) and Arduino (hardware control) • Educational and child-friendly design 🛠 **How It Works:** 1️⃣ The camera captures the waste image. 2️⃣ AI model classifies the type of waste. 3️⃣ Arduino rotates the correct bin into position. 4️⃣ Servo motor opens the flap to drop waste into the right compartment.
