CO2 Capture and Carbonation Production Simulation

The Project

Hey everyone! We all know that too much carbon dioxide (CO2) in the air is a big driver of climate change — causing global warming and wild weather. Most solutions just try to down emissions, but not many actually capture the CO2 that's already out there and turn it into something useful. That’s where my project comes in: CO2 Capture and Carbonation Production Simulation! I’ve designed a system that traps CO2 and transforms it into eco-friendly materials like concrete or bricks. And we’re bringing it to life with a 3D simulation that shows how it all works in 3 key scenes: Scene 1: A polluted area with our CO2 capture machine pulling harmful gases from the air using a special filter. Scene 2: A lab setup where the captured CO2 goes through a chemical reaction to become solid carbonates, like calcium carbonate. Scene 3: A display of carbonated products — like concrete, bricks, and building materials — showing how they’re useful, sustainable, and better for the environment! My system also uses: IoT sensors to track CO2 capture efficiency, AI tools to analyze and optimize the process, And a live dashboard to monitor it all in real-time! In short: my project isn’t just about reducing CO2 — it’s about capturing it, transforming it, and making something good out of it. It’s smart, green, and future-ready!
