The Project
The Automatic Gate Opener is a smart automation system built using an Arduino, ultrasonic sensor, and a servo motor. It is designed to automatically open a small gate or barrier when an object (such as a person or vehicle) is detected within a specified range. When the ultrasonic sensor detects an object approaching the gate within a predefined distance, the Arduino triggers the servo motor to rotate and open the gate. After a few seconds, the gate closes automatically if no object is detected. This project is ideal for contactless access systems, home automation, and smart parking solutions.
