Prediction of Important and Not-Important Questions Using Machine Learning Algorithms.

The Project

Main objective of this project is To build a machine learning model that can classify questions as either important or not important based on various features derived from the questions themselves. The purpose is to automate the process of identifying which questions require immediate attention or in-depth answers, and which can be deprioritized, helping to save time and resources. CHALLENGES: Ambiguity: Some questions may appear simple but actually require in-depth understanding, while others might seem complex but are trivial. General Benefits of the Project: Efficiency and Time Savings: Automatically filtering and prioritizing questions helps save time for human agents or experts, enabling them to focus on the most pressing issues.
