🔍 Project Overview What if AI could help kids express their emotions and spread happiness? Aisha, a 9-year-old innovator, set out to do just that with her project, “AI Mood Detector – Spreading Joy with AI.” Inspired by a Harvard study on emotional expression, Aisha designed an AI model that detects emotions like happiness, sadness, and excitement. Using Teachable Machine and PictoBlox, her AI recognizes facial expressions and responds with color changes and voice messages, helping children understand and communicate their feelings in a fun and interactive way. 🎯 Purpose & Impact More than just a technology project, this initiative is about emotional well-being and mental health. Studies show that happier people live healthier, longer lives, and Aisha’s vision is to bring this AI into schools, hospitals, and even public spaces like airports—turning everyday moments into opportunities for positivity and self-awareness. 💡 “If you can name it, you can tame it.” By helping kids build their emotional vocabulary, Aisha’s project encourages a future where every child feels heard, understood, and empowered. 🚀 What’s Next?
