The Project
Los Angeles is drowning in waste—beaches, trails, and city streets are littered with trash. We all know cleanup efforts matter, but let’s be honest: Picking up litter isn’t exactly thrilling. That’s where CleanSky comes in. Instead of treating environmental cleanup as a chore, we turn it into a game. At the heart of Clean Sky is Trash Tagger, a mobile app that lets users tag litter, track cleanup progress, and compete for leaderboard rankings. Spot trash? Snap a photo, mark its location, and earn points. Volunteers can claim cleanup tasks like side quests, collecting badges, and XP. Our AI-powered drones step in to detect and collect trash in hard-to-reach places, like mountain trails and remote parks. Built with Flutter, Python, Firebase, and Roboflow, Clean Sky blends automation, competition, and community engagement to make cleanup interactive and rewarding. Unlike traditional efforts, our platform turns real-world action into a mission-driven experience. CleanSky is fun, engaging, and game-inspired. From missions and leaderboards to AI-powered automation, we transform cleanup into an adventure. We’re not just picking up trash—we’re redefining what it means to take action.
