IoT controlled Door
The Project
With this project we can open and close the door of our house from any part of the world. This is a prototype and for real life application on an actual door we just have to replace the servo motor with a stepper motor with relay switch and AC supply. It is connected to the satellite so we can operate it from anywhere around the world.
Team Comments
I chose to make this project because...For my grandparents it is difficult to open or close the door so now they will be able to do it with their smartphone from anywhere.
What I found difficult and how I worked it outI had some difficulty with the servo motor degrees syncing with the door but later on I figured it out,
Next time, I would...I would like to connect my main door with it too so that while parking my vehicles I don't have to step out of them.
