I chose to create this project to simulate the excitement of playing soccer in a digital format. Developing a Scratch soccer game allowed me to explore game mechanics and user interaction while enjoying the sport.

Initially, implementing realistic player movements and ball physics was challenging. I iterated on the code, adjusting variables and testing different approaches until achieving the desired gameplay feel.

If given more time, I might enhance the game with additional features such as AI opponents or multiplayer functionality. Additionally, I could refine the graphics and animations to create a more immersive soccer experience.
