Efficient disease management solution using AI

The Project

We are creating an application embedded in our website which will help people get to know efficiently about the symptoms they are facing. First, the user will fill out the details of the symptoms they are facing issue with. Then, the website would generate a information panel about what disease you are dealing with the advanced database. Then it would recommend you solution for it and if the condition is not home treatable it would suggest nearby healthcare facilities provided to the user for immediate assistance.
