Earthquake community help

The Project

Our project is an educational Scratch project about the earthquakes in Turkey and Syria, which showed us how unprepared we are for such events. Our country does not often have devastating earthquakes, and therefore people here are not particularly prepared. This has us worried as we want everyone to be as prepared as possible if it happens. We decided to help our community and communities around the world with a project to tell students how to protect themselves from earthquakes and where to seek help in case of need. We tried to show the most important moments of the events in Turkey and Syria, because they show that humanity and mutual aid still exist. Our small country, Bulgaria, became the first to send aid - rescuers and equipment to our neighbor Turkey. Our rescue dogs found survivors.

For a child, natural disasters and wars are among the most frightening things. We decided to make a project that would inspire security and reassurance.

We are 3 participants and it was difficult to decide how to separate our tasks and how to work on the same project. It was difficult to import videos and to find so much information. We learnt how to help each other, even online.

The game isn't finished yet but for now you will learn something new.The game will be about collecting clothes in a room.Then you will need to put them in different types of bags. After that a truck will drive to Turkey and Syria and give them to charity. Hope you like the project :)
