What I found difficult and how I worked it outI found pairing the Arduino to the flex sensors hard as the flex sensors are a little unreliable when it comes to the values of their bend
Next time, I would...I would connect the arduino to HC05 module so instead of pairing it with a 16x2 lcd display as the HC05 can send the messages directs to the nurse's phone
