GripPi - A mobility tool for stroke patients
The Project
This is a project that utilises computer vision and a Raspberry Pi zero to detect grabbable objects, offering a low-cost solution for stroke patients to grip items with ease. I came up with this idea after seeing my grandfather, a stroke patient, struggling to pick things up with his hand. (Apologies for such a long video, I felt like I needed to say everything that was stated in the video and so it overran quite a bit)
