Beep-Enabled Object Detection System

The Project

"The Beep-Enabled Ultrasonic Object Detection System is a project that uses Scratch blocks on the Codeskool IDE (https://ide.codeskool.cc/) to detect the presence of an object within a specific range of distance from the ultrasonic sensor. When an object comes within X cm of the sensor, the system triggers a beep alarm to alert the user with blinking led light. This project uses a Raspberry Pi Pico microcontroller to control the ultrasonic sensor and the beep alarm. The Pico reads the sensor data and determines if an object is within the specified range. If an object is detected, the Pico activates the beep alarm using the buzzer. This project can be used in a variety of applications such as security systems, automated doors, and distance monitoring systems."

I chose to make this project because...

learn more about the raspberry pi pico, sensors and programming in scratch blocks.

What I found difficult and how I worked it out

Connecting raspberry pi pico with codeskool. taking help from parents manage to connect it.

Next time, I would...

The scratch blocks are converted to python code. may be next time will learn to code in python instead of blocks.
