Unity 2D Game(C#)
The Project
The game is made using unity engine. It is created by using the language c#. The game's name is "Don't Start Glitching". In this game, we have to jump of other platforms and avoid touching edges and corners of other platforms, if we fail to do so and touch a corner our player will start glitching. After 10-15 seconds it will stop glitching . We have to reach the finish line to win.
Team Comments
I chose to make this project because...I have been using unity to make games for 3-4 months , I was familiar with c# for quite a while and wanted to take part in this contest to enhance my skill.
What I found difficult and how I worked it outThere where many difficult tasks like finding vector values, using rigidbody and box collider to make gravity affect the player, but the most difficult part was making the player intentionally glitch, I figured it out in some time.
Next time, I would...I had made the settings menu but could not get it to work. There was something wrong with my code and was giving me an error. I would like to add more levels, if I had the time and make a shop where you can buy customizations for the player, powerups, in game contests and multiplayer.
