The Project

The project intends to address a long-standing inconvenience in the logistics industry: the repetition of quote inquiries. Since employees have to make the same inquiry to different vendors, said process becomes redundant and repetitive. This application is developed and released on various platforms to increase efficiencies by automation. Users now can fill out the information once and submit it to many vendors with only one click. In addition, this program uses machine learning models and natural language processing to automatically process received emails from vendors to extract the most profitable quotation from a long list of quotations. In this way, the project accomplishes its mission - to reduce unnecessary workload and stress for employees due to some workflow.
