“Flow On The Go” by Donal

The Project

“Flow On The Go” is a Covid-19 later flow test holder with a built-in camera that takes a picture of your test results after 15 minutes and emails a photo of the results to you, no matter where you are or when you are checking your emails. It contains specially designed LTF holder printed using a 3D printer, with an integrated camera connected to a circuit board, LED, button switch, and a Raspberry Pi.

It also keeps a record in your email of your test results after 15 minutes in case you forget to ch

What I found difficult and how I worked it out

The difficult part was definitely working out how to code the email, although I eventually found a way using Python’s ‘smtplib’ library. It took me a few hours of research, but soon enough I managed to figure everything out.

Next time, I would...

If I had more time, I would probably add in some machine learning code so the Raspberry Pi knows what your result actually is.
