The Project

Our future cities will require a lot of homes, this means we will require a lot of materials, energy, water and we will also produce a lot of waste. So we have designed this net zero home as a solution to this global problem. The three main elements of these homes are environmental, social and economic sustainability. For environmental sustainability, these homes are designed to reduce green house gas emissions, reduce water, reduce energy consumption and reduce waste. Economically these houses will save money during their construction and future cost of maintenance too will be reduced. For social sustainability, these homes are designed to provide flexibility and comfort for the people of varying abilities and at different life stages. These homes create healthier and more comfortable indoor conditions for the occupants, ensuring a generous supply of daylight and fresh air. Materials used here have a neutral impact on indoor climate. So here is the model of our eco friendly and sustainable NET-zero home!!! This home has been constructed by a method of Green construction which utilizes environment friendly techniques to create a sustainable and energy-efficient final product.
