Mental Health Awareness Digital Poster
The Project
My project is about mental health awareness. I chose this project because I believe that mental health is a growing issue among people. Mental health is something that I think isn't taken seriously because of the belief that "what you can't see isn't serious." I want my project to show that sometimes it is hard to tell when someone is struggling and that awareness can save lives. I hope that by spreading the word of mental health, it can help people reshape their thinking and help people who need it. The most difficult part was making sure that the two sides of the face had two distinct sides and capturing different emotions on each side. I also found it challenging to balance schoolwork and having time to make a quality submission. I am overall very happy with the results and hope that my project can help people understand how important mental health really is.
