The Project

Imagine you're watching TV in 1957, and suddenly a commercial comes on — a commercial showing spaghetti being harvested in Switzerland. There were probably many better topics I could have chosen for my project, and even after choosing and working on it I still had mixed thoughts about it, but I made my choice and it turned out really nice! The spaghetti harvest commercial, as you probably know, wasn’t real. It was an April Fools’ prank. But back then, people had no way of knowing that, and that’s what made it such a good prank! It was really challenging, but I managed to turn this idea into reality and learned a few things along the way. In my project, you’ll be able to choose the type of pasta, harvest it, cook it, and of course eat it! Enjoy!
