Junk Food – Eating too much unhealthy food.

The Project

Junk food means food that is unhealthy and contains too much oil, sugar, salt, and fat. Examples are burgers, pizza, chips, cold drinks, and chocolates. Many children and young people like junk food because it is tasty and easily available. But eating too much junk food can cause health problems like obesity, weakness, tooth decay, and poor concentration in studies. This project helps people understand the bad effects of junk food and encourages them to eat healthy food like fruits, vegetables, milk, and home-made meals for a better and healthier life.
