Phone addiction means using mobile phones too much and becoming dependent on them. Nowadays many students and adults spend long hours on mobile phones for gaming, social media, watching videos, and chatting. Slowly, it becomes a bad habit, and people cannot stay away from their phones. This is called phone addiction. It can negatively affect studies, health, sleep, and relationships.
