The Project
Footprints of Culture is an app that keeps our traditions alive for the upcoming generation. It features a library of local proverbs and folktales, plus a Dance Guideline that gives step-by-step instructions for traditional dances. This project was inspired by a desire to ensure our heritage isn't left behind as the world moves toward technology. I wanted to give people a simple way to connect with their history on their phones. The hardest part was breaking down traditional dance rhythms into clear digital steps, but the result is a tool that makes our culture accessible to everyone.
