The Project

Problem: Many students find it challenging to visualize how the Earth's rotation causes day and night. Solution: Design an interactive Scratch animation where The Earth rotates on its axis in a simulated space environment. A light source (like the Sun) shows which part of the Earth is in daylight and which is in darkness. Outcome: An engaging visual simulation that helps users understand Earth's rotation and how it causes the cycle of day and night, reinforcing science learning through interactive technology.
