Study Timer for room using Arduino UNO and 7 Segment 4-Digit display
The Project
We created a Study Timer using an Arduino Uno and a 4-digit 7-segment display. The timer helps students manage their study sessions by counting down time and keeping them focused. Inspiration: Inspired by the need for better time management during study hours, especially with distractions at home. I wanted to create a simple, dedicated tool to encourage disciplined study habits without using phones or apps. Challenge: The hardest part was programming the timer logic and correctly displaying the countdown on the 7-segment display. Applications: Useful for students, exam preparation, classroom activities, productivity boosting, and can be adapted for Pomodoro technique timers.
