Danger Alert

The Project

This project is designed to detect smoke levels in a room and provide a visual alert. Here’s how it works: The smoke sensor constantly monitors the air quality. The current smoke level is displayed in real-time on the OLED screen. If the smoke value crosses a certain limit (which I have set in the code), a white LED lights up, indicating danger or a possible fire. If the smoke level is normal, a blue LED stays on, showing that the environment is safe. I was inspired to create this project to help make homes and classrooms safer, especially in case of a fire or gas leak. Having a simple and early warning system like this can prevent accidents and save lives. The most difficult part was calibrating the smoke sensor correctly and choosing the right threshold value to detect actual smoke without getting false alarms. I also learned how to use an OLED display to show live sensor data, which made the project more informative and useful. Thank you for taking the time to explore my project.
