The shop is located within a house, and sometimes the shop owner is inside the house. As a result, they are unaware when customers arrive at the shop, leading to missed opportunities for service. How can we ensure that the shop owner is notified whenever a customer arrives We used an alarm system where a button is placed in the shop and the alarm rings at home. This helps alert family members immediately when the button is pressed.
