Astro Pi Mission Zero

The Project

Hi! I’m a 9th-grade student from Greece, and this is my project for Coolest Projects. It’s an original animated message created with Python for the Astro Pi Mission Zero. We did a similar activity in class, where we wrote a simple message to the astronauts on the International Space Station. That inspired me to go further and create something more fun and creative. I decided to add animation to my message to make it more entertaining for the astronauts who are exploring space. I’ve always been excited by space and the idea that something I made could be shown up there really motivated me. I wanted my animation to bring a smile to the astronauts and make their day a little brighter. I didn’t face any difficulties while making it—I actually enjoyed the whole process! I had fun using Python to bring my ideas to life.
