Hour of Code 2024 - Kindness Community Starter Project

The Project

We are two students from the first year of a Greek lower secondary school (Gymnasium), and this project is our way of spreading a message of kindness and empathy. We were inspired by the Kindness Community on Scratch, which encourages people to be respectful and caring, both online and in real life. We wanted to create something that shows we care about others and that bullying—especially cyberbullying—is something we should all stand against. So, we remixed a project we liked and added our own ideas to share a message that comes from the heart. We didn’t find it difficult to make. What mattered most to us was expressing something meaningful. Now, through Coolest Projects, we hope to share our message of kindness with even more people around the world.
