LocalQueue
The Project
LocalQueue is a set of 2 applications whose main purpose is to create a link between vendors like Salons and Shops, and their customers. It includes an application for Customers and one for vendors. Vendors can create virtual queues for their services which customers can join from the application - thus preventing crowding (apart from saving all the hassle of waiting physically outside the shop). People using the customer application can search for nearby services of their choice, check the length of the queue at the place (along with other details like price, etc.), and if they wish to, reserve a spot in the queue. The vendor can easily manage customers coming via the app, as well as customers coming directly, from his version of the portal. The application works in realtime to get the latest updates to its users, and features a sleek and easy-to-use interface for its users.
