Hand-gesture Recognition Based Wheelchair Control System
The Project
This project is an attempt to design and simulate a wheelchair control system based on gesture recognition, which aims to provide a better experience for disabled patients when manipulating wheelchairs. The overall process of this system can be divided into four major parts. I. Human hand recognition through computer’s camera. II. Analysis of the hand gesture. III. Send instruction through Bluetooth to the vehicle. IV. Response of the vehicle to the instruction.
