The Project
vAssist: A Device for the Visually Impaired to improve the in-store grocery shopping experience using computer vision and AI enabled routing. The vAssist system is comprised of a mobile app and a wearable headset that work cohesively to empower the visually impaired to shop autonomously in grocery stores.
