Smart Medicine Box

The Project

The medicine box is designed to remind people (especially seniors) about the timing to take their medicine. The box contains 28 separate compartments for storing pills. This way it can cover a 4 times / day - weekly medication plan. When it’s time for the next dose of medicine, the micro:bit installed inside the box plays a warning sound and displays the label of the medicine compartment. Inexpensive and easy to make, the smart medicine box can make the difference for the health of the elderly.
