The Project

Visually impaired people suffer from reading the paper money. Globally, the number of visually impaired people of all ages is estimated to be 285 million .Therefore, we decided that we should do something to solve this problem, so we created Money C application. Currently, Our application is specialized in reading the paper money of two currencies: the dollar and the ILS. Briefly, it works by photographing the paper money ,and the application announces the amount via voice. This way we believe that the visually impaired will feel more independent, and will no longer suffer from this problem. In the future, we are looking forward to develop the application to read more currencies, and to distinguish the fake money from the original one.
