The Project
The Patient Health Monitoring System is a simple yet effective web-based application designed to record and evaluate a patient's vital health information. Using an intuitive HTML form, users can enter key health parameters such as Heart Rate, Body Temperature, and Oxygen Saturation alongside basic personal details like Name and Age. Once the data is submitted, the application instantly displays a Health Summary and evaluates the patient's condition using predefined medical thresholds. Instead of a binary classification like "Healthy" or "Unhealthy," the system classifies the patient's status into one of the following categories: ✅ Normal – All vitals are within healthy ranges. ⚠️ Slightly Abnormal – Minor deviations from the normal range. The system is developed using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with no need for backend services or databases.
