The Project

Hello, My code helps deaf people to speak. Because they can't hear themselves the sounds come out all wrong. I made this program to teach them how to make the sounds correctly. I saw a deaf person having problems trying to ask the shopkeeper something and people getting impatient with them. My Dad explained the problem and when i found i could make code to do voice recognition i thought great, i can help. It took me ages especially because i had to make videos of how to move your mouth for every possible sound of every letter in the alphabet. I then had to convert the videos to gifs and loop through them because the coding i used couldn't play videos directly. it turned out to be a really huge program! I made this program and video 2.5 years ago and i thought it is a shame going to waste. Jump to 6:43 on the video to see how i made the code. Thanks, Tormi
