Maze Game <3

The Project

My project is a maze game. You must navigate through the maze without touching any of the walls, or else you will have to go back to the start. There are some jewels to collect along the way as an additional challenge. You will also have a time limit of 2 minutes, if you are unable to complete the maze within 2 minutes you will have to go back to the start and 2 jewels will be deducted from your total. There are four levels to my game which range from the easiest one to the most challenging one.

Team Comments

I chose to create this project so people can have fun while they are stuck at home or are bored. I chose to create a maze game because it requires people to think hard under a time pressure and it is entertaining.

During the making of this project, the background sound began to glitch. I looked through all of my code and discovered that I had accidently added a instruction to switch to a backdrop that I had deleted. Once I deleted that piece of code, the background sound began to work again.

If I had more time I would have liked to add more obstacles along the way like perhaps another sprite that chases the character. I would also like to add more levels to the game and a prize at the end like a bonus level or lots of extra jewels.
