The Project

This interactive project helps students translate sentences between Kannada and English. It includes voiceovers for both languages to assist with pronunciation and understanding, making it easier for learners to improve their reading and speaking skills in English.

I made this project to help students like myself who find learning English challenging, by providing a tool that makes the process of translation and pronunciation practice more accessible and engaging.

Writing the text in Kannada was challenging. I took help from the teacher and used Google Translate to copy the text in Kannada.

With more time, I would add more sentences and interactive quizzes to test users' understanding, and also incorporate a feature where users can input their own sentences for translation and pronunciation practice.
