I chose to make this project because memory loss affects many individuals, impacting their quality of life, and there is a significant need for accessible, evidence-based strategies and resources to help people improve and maintain their cognitive health.

One of the most difficult aspects of making this project was synthesizing the vast amount of scientific research and translating it into practical, user-friendly strategies. To work this out, I collaborated with experts in neurology, psychology, and nutrition to ensure the information was accurate .

If I had more time, I would conduct a longitudinal study to track the long-term effectiveness of the memory improvement strategies, gather more extensive data, and potentially incorporate advanced technologies like AI-based cognitive training tools.
