I chose to make this project because...

I chose to make this project to address the common gardening challenge of maintaining optimal soil moisture. It combines my interest in electronics and programing with practical benefits, like improving plant health, conserving water, and providing a hands-on learning experience with Arduino & sensr

What I found difficult and how I worked it out

While making the project, I found integrating the hardware components and ensuring reliable sensor readings challenging. I worked it out by double-checking connections, using resistors for stable voltage, & testing the system extensively in different soil conditions to calibrate the sensor accurate

Next time, I would...

With more time, I would add remote monitoring capabilities using a Wi-Fi module to track soil moisture and system status via a smartphone app. Additionally, incorporating solar power and weather sensors would enhance sustainability and allow the system to adjust watering based on weather conditions.
