I chose to initiate this project because witnessing accidents at railway stations highlighted the urgent need for safety measures. Preventable incidents prompted the realization that proactive interventions could save lives and enhance railway safety for all commuters.

Securing cooperation from authorities was challenging. I advocated persistently, emphasizing safety's importance and presenting accident data. Alliance-building and public support expedited project implementation.

Given more time, I would conduct comprehensive research on the most effective warning systems and safety measures used in railway stations worldwide. I would also invest additional effort in community engagement and awareness campaigns to garner broader support and ensure the long-term sustainabilit
